The name Artimal was carefully chosen for its two meanings. The first being a portmanteau of the words ‘art’ and ‘animal’ as animals are the subject of my art. The second meaning comes from the Sanskrit word ‘artima’. An ode to my heritage, it means a ‘gift to God’ and I intend every piece of art I create to adhere to the standard and quality where each can be considered a gift to God.

 

Aspiring to be a fashion designer, ending up graduating from the Royal Drawing School and Ravensbourne University London with a newfound interest and skill in digital art, my name is Keerthana but I go by Bub. I have been actively posting my art on my Instagram @dandyfrog for many years before launching this business through which I will finally sell some of my more special artwork - my anthropomorphic collection - to start of with, whether it is as a gift or a personalised gift. As I have also studied photography and graphic design, I also offer these services for business, organisations and individuals.
